Our service fee is calculated only on the product cost and supplier domestic shipping in China. International shipping is quoted separately after packing and is not included in the service fee calculation.

For small orders, the minimum service fee is $20. If 10% is less than $20, we charge $20.

Stock availability, cancellations and refunds
Supplier stock, colors, specifications and prices may change quickly. If an item becomes unavailable or is cancelled by the supplier, we will confirm replacement, removal or refund options with you. Approved refunds can be returned to you or credited toward a future order.
Product quality and inspection scope
Our inspection support mainly checks visible defects, obvious damage, shortages, wrong items and basic order consistency. It does not replace factory-level quality control, compliance testing or a 100% defect-free guarantee.
What the service fee covers
The service fee covers sourcing-related work such as supplier communication, purchasing coordination, warehouse receiving, basic checking, consolidation, repacking support and shipment arrangement. It does not include product cost, China domestic shipping, international freight, taxes or customs charges.
IP, trademark and restricted product risk
